Loaded... what Mods to consider
I bought this Loaded a couple of month ago... and have not shot it yet. It was purchased from a guy I know somewhat... and he never shot it. So it is new... from That stand point. I am thinking about doing a few things? Not sure what all to consider? I think I want to Dovetail the front and put a new front sight, possibly even a new front and rear sight combo? Secondly, what are the other things that can make it the best it can be, within reason. I am making a really trick set of grips.... but I either want to do several mods and go goofy with it... or... leave it alone. I bought it for a great price.... $500 because I gave this guy a great deal in return on some jewelry, so we both got what we wanted. Anyway.... what would you guys think... might be worth doing? THANKS, Buzz.

Do yourself a HUGE favor and put 1000 rounds through the gun before you change a thing. That way you will know what you like and what you need to change.

They name them "Loaded" for a reason. Shoot the thing and then decide later what to do to it. Oh yeah...
It is a 1911 so 1000 rounds is like a brick of 22 for it. Try about 5000 rounds and then think about it.
