Congrats on getting the DW. Looking forward to your range report.

So if you have to pick one between the Fusion and the DW, which one will be your pick?

By the way. what holster is that with the Fusion in the photo?

I'm going shooting monday.

It would hands down be the fusion. The DW is nice, but there's nothing like hand fitting everything, the dw is assembled like all production guns. I think it's above most production guns, but not like a hand fitted custom such as the fusions. The trigger is VERY sweet in the fusion, breaks like glass. The rails received more attention, very smooth. Parts like the beavertail fitted better. The trigger channel in the dw is cut oversize for easier asembly, the trigger in the fusion hand fitted. The fusion has a great dehorn job. I would rate the dw at the top of the list of production gun's, the fusion I would rate up with the Ed Brown crowd and right with the kobra carry. So they are actually in different leagues, not a fair comparison.

The holster is a Mark Garrity inconspicuous with sharkskin trim, I recommend him highly.

Yeah, I love my Fusion. I didn't post a pic, because its not a BT.

Bob Serva, the President of Fusion, used to head up Dan Wesson, before they were bought by CZ.

Bac, just to get another opinion how would you rate your fusion compared to the others in the semi custom and custom category?

Its close. I wouldn't quite compare it to the likes of Brown, Baer, RRA, Nighthawk, or Wilson. However, I think they're better than some of the best production models available.

Quality wise, I would rate it with the best Kimber model. I have the Super Match II and Springfield's best production model, the TRP.

Here's my Fusion with my Super Match and TRP, both of which are more expensive, especially the Kimber, which retails for over 2 grand.
