i have to say go with Springer.

I have Para, and above statement by bigun is mostly true. Their mag aren't the best. While i have no issue with my para as far as quality goes, MIM parts leaves something to be desired.

My Para was NOT reliable out of box. Period. Its been 6 months since i got the gun, and shot good 2000 round out of it. It still FTRB between every few mags(Its gottn better - used to be every mag).
They are, however, very accurate, and function well other then above mensioned issue i have with mine. I never had an issue of stove pipe, FTE, ot FTF.

my springer on the other hand, was right straight out of box. infact, i kind of kick my arse for trading it..

Now after I get the Para we will see how it does and if it will replace my pf-9 as a daily carry.
Good choice...as I said before, you won't be sorry!

My LDAs run perfect. The best part of your deal is you actually get to shoot the gun before your buy it.

I've had a Para and I love it. P14, all stainless, and a joy to shoot. I won't talk bad about Para or Springfield, both are phenomenal companies. I'm thinking of sending my P14 in to Para to have some night sights put on it for $99 that I got when I purchased the gun.

Coincidentally the P14 is now endorsed by the NRA as Para is giving a $25 donation for every P14 and single stack 1911 sold. Just saying.
