Subscribing......

Congrats on the new pistola. Rock Islands have intrigued me for a while now--good entry-level 1911's.

my first observation

hi guys here is my first impression about this gun, trigger is different than my RIA Tactical this has the basic GI trigger so the trigger pull is same as the GI its a little tougher than what i am use too, i will probably replace the trigger and ask my gunsmith to do a little trigger job, next is the recoil spring, some of my follow up shots i needed to pull the slide alittle bit before it goes boom..not sure why but i will ask the RIA rep on another forum about that..50rds of cci blazer and 20rds of federal hydra shock and i DID NOT ENCOUNTER any jams, misfeed or anythinh like that, accuracy is not that bad i know i can work on that ..all in all I like it!!!just some minor adjustment and she will just be a fine ccw..
