Hi Guys my wife finally cave in and did some engraving on my old RIA grips here are some pics..I bought this dremel engraving tool for $20 and thought would be nice to have a personalize grips and to engrave my nick name on the slide, this 1911 is not going anywhere anyway ,It is my primary home defense w/ a back up of my AR 15 and my 357 mag thats should be enough for home defense right??shotgun is not my thing..

I would say that the tried and true 1911, a 357 mag and a AR-15 are excellent tools for home defense. Make sure you have extra magazines and a good supply of ammo laid back too.
