The server for that forum goes down at least once a day for me. Have patience the info on that sight is worth a little inconvenience.

Believe me you don't have to just disagree with them on politics. They have people that sell the particular brand moderating in some of the forums and I have seen people banned just for talking about problems with that brand. They are pretty ban happy there.
