TRP Operator Owners/Shooters sound off
I would like to get some feedback on the TRP Operator from people who have actually shot them and/or own them. I have read some differing reviews and I would like to get opinions from you guys... fire away!

Shoot it Shoot it!
How is the fit and finish on it? Nice and tight? Good finish with no blemishes?

I have the Loaded MC Operator with the full length rail and I love it. I've put about 200 rounds through it (bought used from a friend) and between my experience and my friends, it works flawlessly even with JHP's. I just ordered a set of VZ grips and a M3X light for it. I'll take more pictures when they arrive.

I just sold my TRP Operator, still have my TRP in armory kote.
The TRP Operator was just too heavy for me, it was never going to be a carry gun anyway. Very accurate and ate everything i fed it. I thought about using it for USPSA, but it was just too heavy up front to be effective. My TRP is a great gun, well fit, accurate and functions well with wad cutters to hollow points. It is my carry gun during the colder months.

TRP Operator
I love mine. Its the most accurate pistol I have ever fired. Its also the only 1911 pistol that I have purchased out of five that has not malfunctioned even once. All my other 1911s have had small hicupps feeding in at least the first 100 or so rounds. I couldnt be happier with mine.
