Try Cylinder and Slide parts

I just installed a Cylinder and Slider Ultra light trigger kit in my STI Eagle.

Very easy install, I installed an SVI triglide trigger at the same time.

I will get photos up here over the weekend and do a trigger pull test to see what the weight is. The stock parts were at 5.5 lbs with a horrible trigger, someone had tried a little 'sear' work forgetting that there are actually two angles that need to be cut on a sear.

The C&S just dropped right in, i changed out the hammer strut for an ed brown.. It feels like a high 2# trigger or low 3lb. with no creep.

Parts were about 180$ from Brownells.

Cylinder and slide parts are excellent top of the line stuff and as you mentioned their drop in trigger kit's are an example.

I've used them for HiPower parts.
Very happy with them.

C&S parts

They are real good guys too. I used the same ultra light kit in my single stack gun, with a svi trigger with interchangeable faces. It turned out super.

I use C&S parts in all of my 1911's. I was lucky to attend their Pistolsmithing class in 2002 I have seen first hand the quality that Bill puts into every part. Here is a picture.[IMG][/IMG]

I have used C&S internals for all of my 1911 builds. I like them for the ease of instalation and pre-tuned pull weights. Very good parts.
