Springfield installed Fiber Optic sights on my Range Officer. Does anyone know what brand they are? It came with several light pipes ,but if sometime in the future I used ,lost , or whatever ,where would I get replacements?

Why don't you ask Springfield?

Sorry, I simply wondered if anyone knew what type of sight Springfield uses. Simple question , apparently no one knows.

I am assuming the reason most are hesitant to throw out a width is because the custom shop can put on any FO sight you want and there is no guarantee that they will always use the same FO front sight.
A quick phone call will determine the thickness and you can go to Brownells to buy various colors in that diameter.
It would be great to post what you find out from SACS in case someone else has the same question.

A good set of calipers or a micrometer is in your future.
