My XDS replacement.

Used guns are always so dirty.


How did I do. $840 OTD for everything you see below. Kimber 4 inch Compact with Wilson Combat 7 rd mag and Chip 10 rd mag.

Excellent choice--especially if that is a Series I Kimber.

How do I tell? I have a Custom Series I full frame but how else do you tell?

You talking about the round thing from inside the slide? If so... no.

Can I google the sn for a model type?

Yep--the little button on the bottom rear of the slide. If it's not there, then it's a series I...Series II (Custom II, etc) all have firiing pin safeties.

Good find. It should serve you well.

As for searching...not sure. Give it a shot...

How do the Pachmayr's make it feel in the hand? I have pretty good sized hands and tend to put Pachmayr's on a good number of my guns...including my Walther PPK/S. It makes handling them much better for me.

Its not bad, I like it. Will have to shoot it and see how it feels. I have slimmer grips on my full size Kimber so I guess we will have to see for the difference between them when I shoot them.
