Lookie what I got!

Sig Sauer 1911 Extreme. I've been wanting a 1911 for a LONG time. I was wanting a Sig Scorpion, but hen I saw the Extreme it was love at first sight Well, my house sold and I put a little money aside to play with. And play I did

I know this isn't the bullpup forum, but I'm still going to post these here, too.

The Sig is new and I got a DAMN good price on it. The PS90 is pre owned, but in excellent condition. I actually had to research how to load the damn thing. One thing, though: When I look through the FO sight, I see no retticle. What's up with that? Can I remove the FO and put an Eotech on it?

First thing I did when I got home with the new weapons was field strip and inspect. The PS90 was easy. The 1911, wow, that's a lot different than a browning action. It took me ~1 hour to reassemble the first time and about 10 minutes the second time. Is there a trick to it?

I haven't had a chance to shoot either yet. But my sister and I are going to the range on Tuesday when I get my XDmc back from PRP that got a trigger job, Dawson night sights, 11* barrel recrown and a polished feed ramp. I'm so excited. I've never shot a .45, nor anything in 5.7mm and can't wait. I would have gone today, but the range had a 2 hour wait and I didn't feel like twiddling my thumbs for that long.
But my worked over XDm should be here by Tuesday, so it's on like Donkey Kong. I'm SOOOOO excited. I love growing my gun collection. Next up is a Valor 1911 and possibly a 6.8 AR.

After my Sis saw the new firearms she wanted one, so we immidiately went back to the store and I bought her an M&P Shield in 9mm, because I want her to be able to protect herself. She LOVES it! We live in the same house, but she's in the main house and I live in the Garage appt.

All 3 guns feel so good in the hand, the PS90, especially. Everything is within a finger's reach. I now see the love of the Bullpup design! Can't wait to shoot it on Tuesday!

Just wanted to share my joy. I'm so excited! I've been yearning for both guns for a while now and finally have them. YAAAYYY!!!

How do you sling a P90? Looks like it's only a 1 point.

Thanks for looking and reading!

Thanks! Honestly, I don't know much about FN PS90 either. But I've always had a thing for them and other bullpups.

I'll give a range report as soon as I shoot them. As well as my worked over XDm.

The addiction has started. lol

Thats a great looking Sig.
I've had my eye on a PS90 for a while as well, but its a little ways down the list right now. If you don't mind me asking, how much did that PS90 run you?
