Detail strip lube/grease

Ok almost have my 1911 totally taken down (can't find a tiny flathead to take out the magazine release/trigger, will do that in the morning) what parts should I grease before putting back together, CLP, I have rem dri lube. I know detail stripping causes undue wear so I don't want to have to do this more than once in a great while (2k rounds or more preferred) so what should I do?

Tomorrow when I get it apart I'll be showing pictures to make sure its in decent shape. But for now could you tell me how to clean all the smaller parts/lube them for re-assembly. If I need to buy something else, tell me what it is and why. Thanks in advance.

Grease anything that slides/moves/impacts on something else. I like Tetra gun grease. Not too thick, but still stays put.

Grease the lugs, where it mates with the bushing, and the swinging link. Nothing else on the barrel.

The 1911 gun is also a 1911 tool kit! After field strip, remove the thumb safety from the frame. The thumb safety pin can then be used to drive out the mainspring housing pin. Remove the mainspring housing and the grip safety to gain access to the sear spring. The narrow prong on the sear spring could then be used as a screwdriver to remove the magazine catch assembly. The firing pin can also be used as a non impact punch for pushing out the gun's various pins and/or realigning the internal parts for reassembly.

Geez!!! I might get yelled at here but I just remove the grips ,take the slide off / barrel out, spray with carb cleaner , brush everything out with a tooth brush , rinse again with carb cleaner , blow dry then let stand and dry a while..Then I oil and grease and stand them up to drip...I run oil right through the action and wipe it down after it mostly runs out...I take my guns off shore Key West hot salt air..
a little extra oil all over is good for me..But I did pretty much the same thing when I lived in the mountains and shot in my back yard and I've been doing it for over 30yrs..Knock on wood huh? They all run and I leave it be..

This Mobil 1 I read about above makes sense..and it's not $4 an oz.

smart man Zenfly I only do a detail every 3 or 4 years depending on round count and I'm really only looking for wear as most of the parts will run as dirty as anything as far as Mobil ! goes it's a good choice I've been using it for years If it will keep Helo motors together I'm pretty sure it will work on pistols.

One more, sort of...if you happen to lose the recoil spring plug (cap), you can use an emtpy 45 shell casing as a temporary one.
