My local shop had lefty XD Serpas. Here's the link:

BLACKHAWK ! *BlackHawk CQC SERPA Holster - Active Retention - Matte Finish

You have to configure it, but the lefty XD Serpa is there.

Can anybody tell me the difference between a regular serpa and the serpa sportster. I know that the sportster doesnt come with the belt attachment, but other than that are there any dimensional or quality differences?

Other than the height of the side, there doesn't appear to be any difference. All Blackhawk holsters are pretty tough and wear resistant. I've had my Level II SERPA CQC for over 5 years, wear it just about every duty cycle, and it has yet to show a mark. I just wish they would come out with a Level III for the XD (they've been promising one for over a year now and still haven't delivered).
