LOL....I know how he is feeling.

Those "feelings" that come out of nowhere and you are tempted to run lights and siren yourself to get back to the PD before you need a uniform change.

Either that, or the things you can get away with on nights like when you hear over the radio "(unit number) what is your 10-20?" followed by the distinct "woosh" of the toilet being flushed, soon to be followed by "Oh....10-4. Disregard"

hah, had that happen to me sorta... wasnt a high speed pursuit.

rolled through a stop sign a block from my house in front of an officer, he cruised up behind me as I was parking. luckily he sorta knows me, they have reponded to a call at a house on my block a few times... he asked why i ran the stop sign sign. I told him I was about to s my pants, he could follow if he didnt believe me... he laughed his ass off and waited for me to come back out and move my vehicle into my garage.

i was embarrased as ever, but he said it wasnt the first time it has happened.

done it a few times like that but that was the only time an officer was close by to see me roll through the stop sign. my favorite mexican restaurant also has its downside.
