Eljimmy, youre not alone.
I was involved in an on-duty mva. I was going to a gun run, and the brakes locked up on the car. Could have been alot worse, skidded into a garbage can, and noone was hurt. Put the car out of service for a couple days, caught an ass chewing (I have none left now lol) from the sgt on up to the chief. Took me down a couple notches for a while mentally. Myself and my partner weren't wearing our seatbelts either. Its a part of the game I guess.

Dang, I'm sorry. I can understand the butt-chewing for not wearing your seatbelt, but not for getting in the accident. The brakes locked up, isn't that the cars fault?

Am I the only one wondering why all the police officers in this thread weren't wearing their seatbelts?

A lot don't. I had a class mate of mine get killed that way in a roll over when he was pursuing a vehcile. He left behind a very young wife and a 3 year old boy. Wear your damn seat belt.
