Very bad things at my Dept. HELP!

We know the charges, but why is he being charged with this? What did he (or didn't he) do? According to what I found on the net he was "providing incomplete firearms training" and "claimed he gave firearm training to two people in 2004 when he actually had not". I'm not sure what that first charge means exactly as there weren't many details, but the second one says "lied". If you believe the guy is innocent, back him. If you think he's guilty, don't get dragged into the mess he made for himself.

Thanks a lot. As I said, it's public info. And, there is a difference in respecting privacy and just being decent, and apparently that's too difficult for some.
