http://www.kbmt12.com/news/local/16419941.htmlport arthur PD. 911 calls on man dirving like he was drunk. when officer pulled him over man was acting a jerk and cop tazed him. the guy then shot the officer twice. one time to the vest and the other right above the vest. officer was shot in the chest and returned fire and shot the guy in the head. killing him. officer is out of ICU and is going to be fine and that is great news.
i deal with these local officers day in and day out at the jail when they bring them. 95 percent are awesome guys

Thats about as close as it gets for a cop, glad he made it and helped save the tax payers the money of going through a trial.

kbtv4.tv or kfdm.comhe was released from the hospital about 1630 he is doing fine talked to a friend of mine who is a friend to him and he was at his house. he is doing fine no pain. when it clears for the shooting threw IAD which it will he hopes to go back to work
