I saw something like this happen while in downtown Kansas City, MO. We had asked a coulple of cops in one car for directions to our hotel. The driver played like a tough guy and told us we were going to get shot in the face and carjacked so they escorted us to the hotel. We were in the gated parking lot of the hotel and the cops started to leave. Well the "tough guy" cop had a cigar in his mouth that was so big he could barely talk. As he started to leave, we saw him jump out of the car cussing while brushing cigar ashes out of his lap and seat. Well then the car started to roll away and he had to chase it. He almost ended up taking out the fence around the parking lot. It was pretty funny after hearing him talk to us like he did.

I just want to know how it managed to roll away...
I can see if he left it in neutral of course, or possibly if he left it in drive and it was on a STEEP incline but in either case....Whoops. I probly would have said about the same choice words though if it would have happened to me.
