Got to agree with this - but I'd still put a plate of fried chicken and dumplings down and see if that would draw her off her 'perch'......also, might want to have an extra large blanket handy to cover up her sorry looking self! Spare the other residents of the area......

The worst part would be possibly having to wrestle with her being naked!

Spraying with the water hose makes it the fire departments problem (her falling) not the police, pass the buck on that one.

She could probably use a bath anyways

If they tased her she would have one hell of a fall. If she was on the ground and non compliant, yeah it probably would.

Where's Captain Ahab when you need him?

Seriously though, if they are going taze her, they need to get a black officer there. 4 white cops and a big old black chick? Hate to sounds racist, but we know the NAACP and ACLU would have a field day with that one.

Their best bet is to wait it out. She has nothing in her hands and no weapons (unless she's hiding a little wheel gun in one of her rolls). She's probably guilty of disorderly conduct, lewdness/public indecency, and obstructing/resisting (non-physical). All petty, non-violent misdemeanors. She's not hurting anyone; leave an officer or two there to wait for a potty or meal break.

Wonder how she got up there. And that poor poor phone booth.

First thanks for the laugh. Not being a LEO, would mace sprayed on the ground around the "PERCH" be useable? If there was no wind and conditions were alright? When I was younger quite a few of us from my High School and a greater amount from a rival School gathered at a park to "express our differences" LEO's came out of nowhere and sprayed some of the grass in the park with pepper spray and then left without a word. Being kids we laughed and said how stupid the LEO's were. Well you know whats coming, being young and extremely stupid, as we converged on the park it must have been one heck of a sight as kids couldn't see and were coughing up lungs and such. I'm willing to bet the LEO's were hiding and laughing beyond belief at that sight.
