Now, how's this for a 'bit of proof' when you show up in court?

I can just hear his lawyer now...

"Your honor, somebody else put the bottle in his hand. Surely if my client would have crashed into something the bottle would have been thrown from his hand. Besides that, you should be talking to the tavern that served him since they obviously OVER served him".

I can just hear that garbage dribble pouring from his mouth already.
