Boot recommendations needed
First, let me say that I am not a LEO.
My job requires me to wear black "combat" boots. My current pair of Altama's are slowly falling apart, and it was "recommended" to me that I get a new pair. Must be polishable, does not need to be steel toe.
Any brand recommendations?

Danner Stryker 2's. I wear them 60-80 hours a week and never have sore feet. I had the zippers break on my first pair. I had a new pair in 1 week. Danner customer service is awesome and the boots are the best!

Everyone in the military fights for the Belleville. They buy the boots in bulk from 4-5 contractors and the Bellevilles are always the most comfortable and longest lasting issued boots. I think they have a good military/leo discount if you have any friends who do that.

Those look niiiiccceee. I think I used to have a pair of those, but they had been beaten to crap by my stepdad before I was given them. Do you know if retired military can get a discount?

I think so. I think you can order them from AAFES and any Veteran can use AAFES.
Let me find my AAFES Log in and ill check the price for you.

All their other boots seemed to be about $30-$50 cheaper on the AAFES website but those boots weren't on there.
