Duty Belt
Currently have the uncle mikes evo duty belt, not working out that well nor is it all that comfortable, going to pick up a Bianchi AccuMold Duty Belt but i cant decide between the normal belt or the padded lined one on the inside, it looks to be very comfotable. Just wondering if anyone on here was running that belt n could give me some input thanks guys!

The only way to make it more comfortable is to have less stuff on it.

I had one for about a day. ( the padded Bianchi AccuMold )
I turned it in for a Blackhawk molded belt instead.(not padded)
Also a bit more comfortable than my Galls after a break in period.

If you think mesh is uncomfortable, all I can say don't go to leather gear.

Just saying I like mine better.
Remember, you are still wearing a GOOD quality gun belt underneath. so why spend for padding for that? It is on top of your belt. And helps your keepers stay put.
Just my preference perhaps, four belts later.
* good quality under belt is needed*

I am SOOOO happy I don't have to wear a duty belt anymore!!!I think there are a couple in the closet somewhere... the new guys wouldn't like them. they are made from, (gasp) LEATHER!

May be a little late....but I ran the AccuMold in plain "leather" with the velcro backing for 2 years. I loved the look of it, but it was too stiff, even after breaking it in. I am a minimalist when it comes to gear that I carry on my belt (holster/gun ((duh)), 2 mags, handcuffs, OC, radio, occasionally cell phone), but with the weight of the pistol and radio on opposite sides, it just got uncomfortable. I recently switched to the nylon AccuMold and couldn't be happier. I've swapped out all my old leather gear for the nylon, and my back and hips are MUCH happier. Overall, I'm happy with the nylon AccuMold.
Previous employer required leather (either hi gloss or subdued) but new employer allows you to wear whatever you're comfortable carrying, holsters and handguns included.
