Uniform question...

Hey guys, I have a quick question about uniforms. Theres this clip thing that clips to the bottom of your shirt and I believe attaches to the top of your socks..And I think it keeps your shirt tucked in and keeps your socks from sagging. I need one of these..Does anyone know what they are called?

Thank you in advanced both for your time and your replies.

Shirt keepers or shirt suspenders. Just about any uniform supply outlet has them.

They're called shirt stays and that style of them sucks. Trust me, I'm in the academy right now. Get the kind that has a stirup that goes around your foot. The kind that attatch to your socks wears your socks out and comes undone and snaps you in the butt (or crotch )...very embarassing and painful during inspection.

I got that exact style..the loop goes around your foot and the pressure of your foot stepping down holds your shirt down. I have more problems with my shirt untucking/poofing out that my socks failing. So, I got that style.

But it seems like it may be a little weird while running, because you will be constantly pulling your shirt down.

We will see

I don't like the foot loops. They feel funny when you walk. I haven't had problems with the ones that attach to your socks.

We had the sock clip style in boot camp, but the elastic kept plucking out leg hairs one at a time. I wasn't amused!
