... I took my written and physical test today for several agencies in the area and passed both. I didn't know until yesterday that I was going to have to take the physical test because I was told/under the impression that I took it after the oral board. I was wrong. I passed but barely. I maxed the 300m and pushups. But slipped in the situps and caught a leg cramp in the first 100m of the 1.5 mile run. I made it in qualifying time but barely. I'm not nervous anymore... just sore. Ah well. Now is the waiting game. Scores should be sent out next week so after that I'm hoping to hear from somewhere. Mike - thanks for you help not too long ago. I truly appreciate it. Thanks guys for all the helpful info.

good job........dont worry about "just passing"....as long as you did, it has no bearing on the eligibility list, its pass/fail.

That's what I heard. So, now I have a lot of research, ridealongs, and preparation before the oral boards and what follows. I'm excited man.
