Before I moved to alabama I used to live out there in the desert of LA county and I can tell you from personal experience that all kinds of stuff happens out there. I feel for the famaily.

There were three shooting incidents in LA and Riverside counties this weekend. Another officer died in the Line of duty in Riverside (but he managed to take out the guy who shot him) and someone was blasting at pedestrians with a shotgun in L.A.

If there were more armed citizens around here these thing would happen a lot less.

Apparently, the suspect is now assumed to be dead.

LACSD got a tip from suspect's friend who let the suspect come into his house, and then called 911. At 8PM, the house caught fire, and authorities decided to wait until the house burns down completely. The house was surrounded for the whole day.
