Safariland Duty Holster

Has anyone tried one of Safariland's new "ALS" series duty holsters ( http://www.safariland.com/duty/als.asp ) yet? Does anyone know if they make one for the XD yet? The only models I was able to find were G17, G22, HK P2000, P228 / P229, P220 / P226, P225, P220R / P226R, Walther P99. Are any of these guns close enough in demension that the holster might work? Just when I'm getting used to my SLS 6280, they come out with this new gizmo. Darn. I have to buy more stuff for my guns. Whatever shall I do?

I doubt it would work, when holster shopping for my XD, it wouldn't fit any glock Safariland SLS holsters. These might be different though.....

I'd just wait a bit or call safariland and ask.

re: the sls holster, a coworker of mine has an xd40tactical and uses the sls holster. of course, the one he owns is for an xd, not a glock.

Thanks OS. Sense you seem to have the inside track on pretty much everything, do you have any idea if they are going to offer it for us, and if so when?

I have the 6285 by the way. I like it, but I would prefer a little bit more retention. I have one of the "sentry" things coming, but from what I hear from neighboring agencies, those are kind of a pain.
