.45APC duty holster?

What fits the SA .45APC? I tried my Safariland 6280 for my XD .357 - it goes in but gets stuck pulling it out - also the hood is very tight. Any options?

Uncle Mikes Pro-3 for the HK USP 40 will work well. Ive also been told the Pro-3 for the Glock 30 will work, I dont know if its the same holster or not. The back of mine says its a size 30.

Bianchi has an Accumold single retention with an adjustable thumbstrap that works if you like high-ride holsters. Mine's in my locker or I would give you the model number. I'm using it until my "real" holster gets here so that I can carry my XD-45acp at work.

I have a holster on order from Blade Tech. Their customer service (I think his name was Jason) was very helpfull. I ordered the dropped and offet carry level II with the surefire light attachment and it ran $120.00.

If you need leather gear...you may need to order a custom built holster for now or go with one of those "fits large frame 3 1/2" to 4 1/2" autos" rigs. Galls is good for those.

The one for the Glock 30 is a size 25. I wish I had yours (size 30) to see if its a better fit than mine or not. I remember you stating your thumbstrap is a little loose. If you unscrew the belt-loop from the holster the thumbstrap is attached by velcro and is adjustable.
