just put the 9mm ammo in the 40 mag and try it out most likely you will need no adjustments. Only about 1 out of 30-40 mags need any real adjustment.

Thought it would be good to add an explanation for some of the acronyms that are thrown around on here.
SA = Springfield Armory (duh) FTE = Failure to Eject (empty case not properly ejected from the gun) FTF = Failure to Fire (round in chamber, trigger pulled, round doesn't go off) JHP = Jacketed Hollow point FMJ = Full Metal Jacket DAO = Double Action Only (referring to the number of actions that occur when the trigger is pulled) SAO = Single Action Only (see DAO) POA = Point of AIM (where you intended for the bullet to go) POI = Point of Impact (place the bullet actually went) etc, etc, etc Please feel free to add more.

HS2000 Options
What were the options available on the HS2000? Were they available in 9mm, .357 and .40? What about Tactical or SC versions, or bi-tone? Were they ever compensated like the V10?

Regarding your magazine info, I have a XD 9mm subcompact. Are you saying that if I use a standard-sized 40 compact magazine, (i.e. the smaller mag,) then I can get 13 rounds into my 9mm subcompact without the mag sticking out below the grip? If so, how is this possible?
