So typical hardware store roll-pins aren't made of any inferior metal?
I'll check the local hardware first to see if I can find some. Thanks for the slide dissasembly tutorial and other info. That'll come in handy if anything else need fixing. |

The common hardware store pins are the same as what I'd send. Pretty much manufacturers making those type of things conform to standard expectations/specs. The market is small enough that there is not profit in doing an inferior product.
Why do I send them out for a simple post? For five pins and envelope and postage and packaging I am out about 75 cents or well less than a beer, so I am not going to sweat the little things. Post the superiority of the WSU Cougars gives me more pleasure than $0.75 so it is a good trade for my simple mind!  Go COUGS!
