I just got finished doing mine in silver. I like it better than white - a little more subtle.

Still needs a bit of touchup, lettin it finish curing while i do the shotty I did it first in asparagas, which btw is identical to xd OD green, but it didn't show up as well as i hoped it would so i started over with white and I'm very happy. Here's a couple pics. Oh and hi, I'm new here :P

I tried it, and it all melted away at the range...so maybe the lacquer stick will do the trick....
