Here's my XD-9 Tactical. I have worn much of the finish off the slide from use and the texture on the frame is becoming smooth from handling. I had to send it back to the factory to get the ectractor "tuned" after around 3000 rounds. I have lost count of how many rounds I have fired through this gun but a conservative estimate is around 10,000. Aside from having SA "tune" the extractor, I have not repaired or replaced anything on this gun. The only modification I have done to this gun is to remove the white paint from the dots in the rear sight. I feel it gives me a better sight picture and I only have to look at the one dot in the front sight rather than three. I am considering having a Dawson adjustable rear target and fiberoptic front sight put on it to help my aging eyes out a bit. It's a good gun and I will post some pics again when I get it to around 20,000 rounds.
