Glock for XD
As of a couple weeks ago, I am now among the many that have gone from Glock to an XD. I had the opportunity to trade my used Glock 23 (and some cash of course) for a new bi-tone XD40 service model. I have no regrets about making the trade and would highly recommend doing so for anyone else considering it. The XD feels much more comfortable in my hand, has less noticed recoil, and is much more accurate (at least for me).
I'm not saying that the Glock is a bad choice for someone to make, I still feel they are a quality and reliable pistol, but for me the XD is the better choice and should be given strong consideration prior to making the decision to purchase a Glock just on their reputation. |

Welcome aboard Big Al. I see you're in Colorado; I'm in the Colorado Springs area. Are there any ranges that you would recommend? I've only gone to RG19 @ Fort Carson...

The XD and Glock. No comparison and good move.
