I've sent a couple emails this past week inquiring about items not on the website with no reply. I recently purchase an XDm9 and the process went great. I would get a response in a day if I had a question.

I hope everything's OK, was trying to get some information about the 3.8 45 bi-tone...sent him an email lastnight and still haven't heard back, he usually responds pretty quick via his cell phone...IDK

We are just completely slammed at the moment, not trying to ignore people, most of my time has been dedicated to getting orders out the door and we've had a lot of walk-in customers now that we have our brick and mortar up and running (5 months now!). I'll be sure to catch up on PM's (thought I was caught up) and email, as soon as I have time!!

I'm just glad to hear everything is okay. I had such a good experience with my XDM 9 from you I was worried something had happened and a good business could be hurting.

Guy's down here in Florida the gun stores are back to the post obama craze we saw when he was elected...
