Not to nitpick, as I am just as happy for new hardware as anyone. But why the AMD 3200? Isn't that a bit....underpowered for a server environment?

I was expecting a Core2Duo and a Raptor. But then again, I'm expecting a windows based server environment as well, and I know Linux doesn't demand a lot of power.

Ahh well, just curious from one tech geek to another. Thanks for the new server!

Exclamation

Server move is occurring today. You may notice some brief downtime during the move. I will keep everyone posted.

That's good news!!!

Will this new server fix all the "database error" messages I've been encountering a lot lately?

With 99% certainty! I have complete control over this server and its settings so I'll be much easier to diagnose those DB issues. And this server is dedicated to XDTalk, only.
