Pretty much my reaction when I saw the XD. I was like here we go again.....but after shooting it, my perception has changed. Its a nice shooter. I still won't buy it though, lol.

I could surely Duracoat a pretty design on that thing!! I just have to see if they come out with a .45 compact with 4" barrel (that way I can convince my Hunny to let me buy a CCW and it is a new design)

Is that a 4" or 5"?

Not sure on the barrel length. It didn't seem like a 5". I'll ask my dealer rep later this week and get back to you.

The release date should be next week according to what I heard during the presentation.
