Midland, TX Best Outing So far

I'm not great with a pistol. I'm still learning. However, this outing has been the best outing with the pistol yet. I tried something a bit different and it seems to give me more control. I was holding the pistol a lot closer to me than I usually do and i was in the black way more often than not. These were shot on 3-16-2008 @ 10 yds.

Are you left handed? I see that your shots have a tendency to go right some. People tend to push some shots away from their dominant hand when they start out. If you are left handed where is your trigger finger, in relation to the trigger? If you are right handed, it looks like you may be putting to much grip on the gun. That may be due to tensing up right before the shot. All in all, it looks pretty good. Keep practicing and dry fire at home. Welcome to XDTalk!

I'm actually right handed. I was trying something different and I was going right for some odd reason. Usually I am way left. Very odd for me. I do need to work more on my trigger control though.
