First time to the range with 45 Tactical

I went out today for the first time with this gun and found myself shooting a little low and to the left, but still in the black from 15-20 yards. It is the same thing I've been reading from others who have posted their reports. I am very happy with the results and plan on dry-firing until I can see that I don't pull the gun in that direction when pulling the trigger.

Overall, the XD45 Tac shoots great. Not too much kick, but enough to know your shooting a real gun! I can't wait to get back out there and put a few more rounds through it.

There is no problem that cannot be solved by the use of high explosives.

Low left is normal for shooters new to the XD. I shot low left for a bit until I got used to the trigger pull. Make sure you're nice and smooth on the pull and not jumping on it or anticipating the recoil.

I also was shootin' low and left. I began to shoot much slower, untill I had a better feel for the XD. Now I'm back to normal. Good luck with the new XD.
