Canyon Creek Spring Kit . 1st trip

So after about 1200 rds I decided to drop in the spring kit . Man what a difference. Even with just the two springs in frame it felt much lighter.

I generally don't upgrade equipment until I think a plateau has been reached but I've had this thing sitting on my desk for months and boy I wish I dropped it in sooner. Follow up shots are tighter. Groups are much better from 25 yds as well.

BEST $20 I've spent so far on the XD!

I definitely have to agree with you. I installed the Canyon Creek spring kit in my XD9SC last week. While I had the sear and striker out, I took the opportunity to polish them before reassembling. It's much easier to shoot tight groups now. I haven't noticed any problems with reliability, so far -- I've put about 250 rounds through it since installing the lighter springs.
