Awesome!
Got my XDSC 40 back today. Had the Sure Sights installed. So I took it and my Glock 23 with a new extended ported barrel and my new (to me) Ruger MK II 512 with an Aimpoint and compensator on it and my Ruger MK III.
The XDSC 40 with the new sights rocks. It seems to shoot a bit low at 7 yards. But I only ran 24 rounds though it so I need to play with it a bit. The gun has only had about 200 rounds total through it. But I was very happy with the group size. Half what it was with the old sights. The Glock was weird. I have a Lone Wolf ported barrel in it that extends beyond the slide. The felt recoil was a bit less and the muzzle flip was less. However the flaming gas shooting straight up is going to take a little getting used to. The MK II with the Aimpoint kicks butt. That thing shoots like there is no tomorrow. It was shooting low but I got it dialed in. In the hands of a marksman it would rule. With my shaky unsteady grip and bad eyes it still shoots good. It was weird to see the flame out the top of the compensator. But it has almost no muzzle flip at all. I let another guy shoot it and watched the muzzle flip. About half of what it used to be. The MK III has had about 300 rounds though it. And it finally got dialed in. When I first shot that gun it was all over the target. And it just kept shooting tighter and tighter groups. Finally today it started to shoot like I though it should. Another 100-200 rounds and it should be rock solid.
