The trigger was nice & crisp after 500-odd GDHP 124gr +P's and 300 or so 124 NATO-spec rds, but it was still shooting well below the 6 o'clock hold I'm accustomed to (low POI). I decided on the 4.5lb combat carry job with reduced overtravel & reset since it was gonna be there for the Heine Straight Eight conversion anyhow... So I hastily function-tested 2-10rd mags plus 2-16rd magazines at 7.5 yds - fairly quick controlled fire with my usual 124gr GDHP +P carry load and without trying too hard. I'm very impressed with the work they did and thought I'd share!
I did not seem to notice the longer magazines as much with the better trigger either, but it could be that I haven't had it for a few weeks (I actually like the short ones better). I think I feel that 'Service-model grip-chop' fever coming on! ![]()
