Free Online Video Training

Just found a great link with a group of free training videos for newbies like myself but I am sure that the more experienced shooters would appreciate it as well.

The targets that are on these training shows and competitions are plate steel. What are the chances that you could meet up with your old friend “Rick O’Shay?
Just something that I can’t get my head around…shooting at a piece of thick metal

Look at how easy he cocks it... 2 fingers and just kinda flicks it back... I've never shot a gun that I could do that with... how?

How on earth is he cycling the side that easy. To do that you would have to have a SUPER light recoil spring. With a spring that light how does it even go back into battery? Maybe I am an idiot but someone please enlighten me.
