Friday was my 2nd trip to the range, the first trip was 300 rounds and with each bullet I thought it shot decent, but yesterday I put another 400 rounds through, and right around that 500th round I started noticing a complete difference to the way the gun shot. The trigger got lighter, as did the slide, my groups got tighter and the overall performance just seemed to be much much better over the first trip. I am looking forward to putting several thousand more through in the next few months.

mine changed (for the better) between 800-1000 rounds. the last 300 shots it felt really really smooth (XD 9 service that is)

I'm gonna put another 500 rounds through in Thursday when I take to the range next, that will put me at 1,200 rounds in the past 3 weeks, and through 2 break-ins, so I'm really excited!
