went to the range tonight, first time in an indoor pistol range, first few shots i was flinching a little because im used to shoot outdoors. but over all pretty good, had a great time burning up ammo. the groupings arent' great but i was trying to shoot as soon as i aquired a sight picture. and i tried a few double taps, quite an experience for a newbie

What distance were you at?

not really sure what the lines on the floor were setup at, but my best guess would be between 20-30 yrds, i was moving it back an forth.

Not shabby for 30 yards. You need to bring that in a bit; it may be hard to justify to the DA why you were engaging an assailant at 30 yards!

yeah, if i was to shoot someone it would be in house distances. that was just to see what Myself, or the pistol could actually do. I think of it this way if i can be spot on at 30, 3-7 yrds would be almost a gimme.
