1st trip to range with New 45ACP
I am new to the handgun scene and recently bought the XD9 and loved it so much I told my wife it was hers and went and bought me the XD45. I was able to finally get to the range with my 45. I took both guns just because I could. I was much better with the 45 than the 9. With my first magazine I was shooting about a 6" group at 10 yards. The second magazine was much better with a 4" group with only 2 of the 13 rounds seperated from the rest of the group. I guess I'm not used to shooting so it seemd like I got tired after the first 100 rounds or so. I definetly shot better toward the beginning of my session. I am looking forward to getting back out there and pumping another couple hundred rounds through them both.
