Got a 40s&w barrel from old school at pistol gear to replace the ported barrel on my new xd v-10. Ran about 100 rounds at the range today with 165gr. wwb and this barrel shoots well. I was slightly tired but will make no excuses. Need to try a better stance and work on controlling the recoil with this barrel a bit more but, overall is very impressive. No fitting required whatsover, no FTF or FTE. I was shooting a little to the right and am left handed using a two hand high grip in a semi-weaver stance, both eyes open.
