.40 3" Subcompact Report

Just wanted everyone to know I took action into my own hands. I had reconstructive ACL knee surgery 8 days ago and have been to physical therapy 5 days a weeks since then. So last night, my girlfriend and I headed to the range for a little r&r. 250 rounds later through my XD and 50 through a rented 9mm for her and I felt a whole lot better. The doctors may never understand but I knew you guys would. I was worn out but happy. I shot 100 rounds of 165gr. and 150 rounds of 180gr. I shot decent groups with the 165 but nice tight groups with the 180. I really like the feel of the 180gr. I love the XD line! They drive nails. I know with practice I'll get better and better.

I have a friend who has a Glock 22 and he likes the 180gr. better. I have yet to shoot 180gr through my sub compact, I will pick up a box of 180gr UMC to check it out. Peace.
