New .45acp w/ pics
Well yesterday I put 500 rnds through the new .45acp. What a performer! The only problem was a FTF when i was shooting from a bumpy ass moving car (this was in the country near my friends outdoor range, we have targets set up roadside to practice this skill) These pics are at "The Bullet Hole" in Omaha Nebraska. The last pic shows my friends outdoor range.
![]() This is me. See the brass flying upper right? ![]() This is my friend Matt and more flying brass... lol! look at his grip!? he wouldnt let me correct him. which is why i tore the center from my target and he didn't. (we play this game 1 target and 1 magazine each, no time limit, double tap, 30ft distance. best score pays for the lane time at the range. I win today) ![]() here's a damn cool pic i took with some muzzle flash! ![]() and finally, here is Matt (notice the improved grip) with the XD9 bi-tone at our friends outdoor range. The farthest target on this range is 200 yrds! I can't wait to get my Arsenal AK |

What does range time cost at wherever you were shooting in the big O? I might stop by and throw some lead down range next time I go home.

"the bullet hole" is $6/half hour
$3 if your a member located on 109th and harrison that private outdoor range is between plattsmouth and nebraska city. I'm going again today so I'll post more pics. (that range took an entire summer to clear out all those trees and make the targets etc.) again I didnt do it but I'm sure glad they did. It is one hell of a range. |

nice outdoor range.. too bad I wasn't able to go that day, was busy doin stuff. haven't gotten out to shoot in about 1 1/2 weeks now. and one more thing about the bullethole, only thing they require is that you purchase their targets and if you are renting their guns you have to use their ammo. I use a grip like that (LH thumb bracing right hand) when shooting my 2" 357mag. It works excellently.
Edit: Thanks for the addy, I'll have to go there next time I'm in the area. I've never even looked it up in the phone book, but are there any other good indoor ranges in the Omaha area? Thanks in advance. |

Oh sure! I leave Omaha, and now all you Omaha-area XD guys come out of the woodworks! Go figure. For the longest time I was the only Omahan on this forum, and now you've multiplied and I've moved to a place where I'm the only forum member again.
