Just playing Devil's advocate here, but since you listed all of your costs in cents, your total cost per round was stated as .092 cents per round for a total not of $4.60, but of 4.60 cents per 50 round box! For that kind of savings, who wouldn't reload!

On my 650, I can load 100 rounds in under 10 minutes - start to finish (that includes dumping powder into the measure and filling the primer tube and weighing a couple of charges on my Pact scale to make sure it hasn't drifted - I've found their powder measures very consistent - much better than some others I've used). It's a pretty fast machine.
