I bought my XD40 service earlier this year.... On sale for $449 with the gear kit for free! Also came with a 3 month membership to my range.

Now that's a sweet deal!

The owner of the gun shop where I bought mine said they came in two weeks ago. I believe them since I had been in there on three earlier ocasions and they did not have any. The .45's went the fastest last year since it seemed all I could find online were for .40's and 9's. I think they will eventually start trickling back to online shops soon.
I swear, If I could find a deal like above, I would definately dust off the old credit card and buy two guns.
Even though I have one mag carrier already, it doesn't hurt to have two. Plus I use my carrier for IDPA and it works.

Yeah I couldn't pass it up..... Shortly after I bought mine I took my buddy and his wife up there and they purchased a .40 service and 9mm sc, wish I had the money for a second one at the time!

I picked up my accessory kit with my new 40sc today. It was the last one they had.

I did find a place with two of the 9mm kits, for $49.95 apiece, if anyone is interested.....

Or...for the benefit of the "collective" just post the site/contact info for your "source" on the remaining 9mm kits.

FWIW, there are various caliber kits for sale right now on GunBroker (most of which are GROSSLY overpriced):

Dutch Auction for 8 40 cal Compact Kits - GunBroker.com guns: Springfield XD 40cal Accessory Kit (item: 110724941 ends: Sep-28-08 07:26:22 PM)

9mm (10-round) - GunBroker.com guns: Springfield Armory XD 9 accessory kit (item: 110625742 ends: Sep-20-08 04:41:42 PM)

45 (High Cap Kit) - GunBroker.com guns: Springfield XD .45acp mag kits 45 (item: 110524040 ends: Sep-23-08 02:47:09 PM) (Which is the only one reasonably priced at the moment)
