I recently purchased the XD-40 sub-compact and wish to purchase aftermarket night sights for it.

Trijicon Night Sights OR Ameriglo Classic Night Sights

If I were to buy a Conversion Barrel that was 9mm ported... would that affect the sights.

I think I read I would need different ones for a 3" and 4" barrel ?

I have both trijicon and ameriglo lo-light sights. they both work great and costomer service is great.

I dont think they make a converstion barrel for the sub yet. I may be wrong but you may want to look at efk web site and check for your self.
